Solo Seat Full Kit Bracket & Springs. Here we have another Quality product from the manufacturing team at Get Leathered UK. This Full Seat kit has been Manufactured to suit most Custom Motorcycles. The seat has been made using the very best materials. The seat base is formed from 2.5mm mild steel and welded the same as the old bates style seats used to be, then a layer of 3/4 fully waterproof foam is added. The seat has 2 bolts at the front for an adjustable type hinged bracket and 2 bolts at the rear for springs to be mounted. The cover is a high quality synthetic leather which is finished off with a brown trim giving a very clean looking high quality seat. Manufactured from High quality Carbon steel and Powder Coated the mounting bracket has two slots for adjusting the position of your seat. The Front Mounting Plate is also made from Carbon Steel & has a fixing hole for an M8 Caphead Screw which can be fixed to a frame weld mount or an existing bolt hole. They are bolted togethar using a stainless steel fitted bolt which provides the hinge point for the seat. The Spring mounts(pair) have been Manufactured to suit both old style springs which have an 8-10mm base hole and also to suit more modern springs which have a 16-18mm base hole. The kit comes with a 1.5mm thick Stainless Steel retaining washer and a Galvanised Steel retainer clip. The mounts have an 11mm or 13mm Radius and need to be welded in place on the motorcycle frame once all other seat components are in place. The 3 Springs(pair) are made from Heavy Duty Powder Coated Carbon Spring steel and will provide good stability as well as looks. Kits can be supplied with Chrome Plated Springs instead of Powder Coated if prefered! Kits can also be supplied with 2 Springs! This kit is not an import and every effort has been made to bring you a product that will appeal to the kind of customer that likes the best of everything for their motorcycle.
